Navigate to Grid >> Grid Manager >> Grid Properties.
Select "Security", "advanced" tab.
Click "Enable Notice and Consent Banner". Use the text box to enter the appropriate banner.
When complete, click "Save & Close" to save the changes and exit the "Properties" screen.
Perform a service restart if necessary.
Navigation to the HTTPS interface on the Grid Master using a web browser will display the current DoD banner.
The banner text of the document MUST read:
"You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System (IS) that is provided for USG-authorized use only. By using this IS (which includes any device attached to this IS), you consent to the following conditions:
